Dear Premium of America, LLC Members:
Recently, I reviewed our financial position with your
Board of Managers and together we concluded that there was enough cash on hand
to make the next distribution double the amount we have been able to send to
you in the past.
Once the Board agreed with me on that, I felt encouraged
to request revising the months in which distributions are made. Again the Board
agreed and so now you will be receiving your distributions in December and June
instead of January and July.
The Board and I felt some extra money before Christmas
or other holiday you observe at this time of year would bring a little joy into
your life.
We are making every effort to have the distribution in the mail by
December the 14th.
